Origami

Origami is the Japanese art of folding paper.  One can create truely beautiful things with it.  As part of the JSPS orientation, we have visited an Origami museum.  The director showed us some of his skills and the original way of making and colouring the paper.  Kristina's parents like Origami, so I bought some hand-made paper there.

Origami is de Japanse papier-vouw kunst.  Men kan er echt prachtige dingen mee maken.  Als deel van de JSPS orientatie hebben we een Origami museum bezocht.  De directeur toonde ons zijn kunsten en ook de authentieke manier waarop papier gemaakt en gekleurd wordt.  Kristina's ouders doen graag Origama, dus heb ik hun enig hand-gemaakt papier gekocht.
